Who will be providing my IV therapy?
All RevivaGo providers are licensed registered nurses (RNs) or paramedics with IV certification. Every provider is vetted, background-checked, and operates under the supervision of our Arizona-licensed medical director.
Is mobile IV therapy safe?
Yes. We follow the same safety protocols used in hospitals and urgent care facilities. Your provider will review your medical history, check vitals, and monitor you throughout treatment. We use sterile, single-use supplies and pharmaceutical-grade IV solutions.
How long does a typical IV therapy session take?
Most sessions take 30-45 minutes once your provider arrives. NAD+ treatments take longer (2-4 hours). Your provider will give you an accurate estimate based on your selected service.
What happens during a visit?
Your provider arrives at your location, reviews your health intake, checks vitals, and explains the treatment. They'll start the IV, monitor you throughout, and answer any questions. You can relax, watch TV, or work while receiving treatment.
Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Mobile service is included - no travel fees within our service area. No exam fees, no facility fees. Add-ons are clearly priced if you choose them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Payment is collected when you book, with a hold placed until your treatment is complete. You'll receive an itemized receipt via email.
Do you serve my area?
We currently serve Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, and surrounding East Valley communities. Enter your ZIP code when booking to confirm availability.
Is there a travel fee for mobile service?
No travel fees within our standard service area. Mobile service is included in all pricing. For locations outside our standard area, we'll let you know at booking if any additional fee applies.
Can I book a same-day appointment?
Yes. Same-day appointments are available based on provider availability. Many patients book and receive treatment within a few hours. Book online or call to check current availability.
What if no providers are available right now?
If no providers are currently available, you can join our waitlist and we'll notify you as soon as someone is. You can also schedule for a future date and time that works for you.
